I am very pleased with all the staff at Ystrad Mynach St David's Foundation. They always given me all of their time and answer all of my questions. They all make me feel better when I leave.

My husband is treated badly by most of the nurses at the stroke ward. They speak to him in a undignified manner and he gets told off for using the buzzer to go to toilet. He often has to wait 40 mins or more before someone sees to his needs. Please can someone help, he doesn't deserve this kind of care.

I can't fault the dedication of the staff, the explanation from the surgeon and her support staff. Everything was done to make my short stay as pleasant as possible. You're all a credit and thank you very much.

Based on the two visits with my father, Sung Dung Huynh, Dr Gleeson has been extremely kind and considerate on both appointments. My mother who is experiencing the most difficult period in her life is especially grateful to have and compassionate doctor who is very understanding and patient given the language barrier. My mother has also felt a great deal of relief after our visits, which my sisters and I are very thankful for as she too is also our greatest concern. The same goes for all the nurses that visit my father, they treat him with utmost care as if they were a family member. Extremely happy with the care we have received.

I have been under the palliative team for some time and a big thank you to Dr Gleason, she is an amazing Dr, very caring, honest, professional Dr I have ever been under anything I have needed to know, she answers, truthfully and caring. I can't thank the team enough. Also Jo Lane at the palliative care team she is amazing, NYF should be proud of the palliative care team that they have.
